At Esdec, we believe that the knowledge and skills of solar professionals are at least as important as the quality of our products. This is why we invest heavily in training courses, webinars and e-learning modules. These are always free of charge and only a registration is required. So you learn all about fast, simple and safe installation of our mounting systems in various ways. But we also offer training courses on related topics such as fire safety or extreme weather conditions.
You become a Solar Hero when you successfully complete three training courses, including one physical one. As proof that you have completed our programme, you will receive a certificate from us showing your customers that you have all the knowledge they need for reliable solar panel installation.
To become a Solar Hero, you have to successfully complete three training sessions. One of these must be a physical training, e.g. an on-site training with the Esdec Solar Bus. Have you additionally completed two other (online) training courses? Then you may call yourself an Esdec Solar Hero. The Esdec Solar Hero Programme has no specific training value, but the certificate does guarantee quality and authority in your field.
To keep the training offer accessible to everyone, participation is always free after registration. In doing so, you take the first step towards becoming a Solar Hero. There are several options to choose from.
Visit one of the stops during a Solar Bus Tour in your region or request the Esdec Solar Bus at a location of your choice. The content of these trainings is very diverse and depends on your own wishes and the target group. Think, for example, of sales, marketing or production training.
One of the online options is to follow a webinar. We regularly offer these, for example on how to use the Esdec Calculator, but also on current topics such as legislation and regulations. Where necessary and possible, we organise the webinars together with a partner so that you are brought up to date in no more than an hour from a location and device of your choice.
Even more accessible are the e-learnings you will find in the Esdec Academy. These modules cover our assembly systems and related topical themes. Easy to follow at your own pace at a time that suits you best.
